2024 Miss Worldwide | Championing Women Empowerment

From rural Ramokokastad village in the North West province to international beauty pageants. This is the story of Berlina Lekgethwane who has been invited to represent the country at the 2024 Mrs Worldwide pageant in Singapore. She also runs the Berlina Lekgethwane Foundation which champions community upliftment and empowerment of women and the youth. Lekgethwane, who has always dreamed of contesting in beauty pageants, was a Mrs South Africa 2023 finalist on her first try at the age of 35. Fellow businesswomen gathered to give her a proper send-off at a business networking session at Sun City.
