Bangladesh’s Parliament has been dissolved, a day after longtime Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina resigned and fled the country following weeks of deadly unrest. Organisers of student-led protests met with army officials, insisting they will not accept a military-led government. Protesters say Nobel Peace Prize laureate Muhammad Yunus should head the interim government. Al Jazeera’s Stefanie Dekker reports and Tanvir Chowdhury joins us live from Dhaka.
