COSATU Strike | SACCAWU joins nationwide protest in Bloemfontein

Workers' union SACCAWU (South African Commercial Catering and Allied Workers Union) will today march from Batho community hall to TFS Wholesalers in Bloemfontein in support of the COSATU National strike. The union says this call is particularly pertinent to the retail, hospitality and food processing sectors. In these sectors, various employers pay workers less than the minimum wage.
