FSCA | Almost a billion rand in penalties, fines issued

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority has imposed nearly a billion rands worth of penalties and fines for some of the financial institutions it regulates. This emerged in its 2023 /2024 integrated report tabled in Parliament. The authority's role, among other things, is to promote the fair treatment of financial customers by financial institutions.
