Authorities in another Russian border region have ordered evacuations over Ukraine's cross-border incursion. Civilians living in a district of Belgorod have been ordered by the governor to relocate. Russia has admitted that Ukrainian troops have advanced up to 30 kilometers across the border. Ukraine's surprise advance, which started in Kursk, is now in its sixth day.
