NPOs in JHB raise awareness of safe, legal abortions

Lobby group, Abortion Support says women should not be forced to keep a pregnancy against their will. Different non profit organisations commemorated International safe abortion day under the theme Abortion Solidarity in Communities on Saturday. The aim is to raise awareness of access to safe and legal abortion care. Organisations embarked on a 5km walk in Braamfontein, Johannesburg. These leaders geared up to lead the way around Braamfontein holding placards written ” Stop abortion stigma against women and girls”, whilst advocating for equal access to safe abortions.
