Water and Sanitation Minister, Pemmy Majodina has called for a full investigation into the collapse of two dam walls in Riverlands, near Malmesbury on the West Coast. About two hundred people in the area lost their homes and their belongings on Thursday, when the dam walls burst, causing flooding. Water and electricity infrastructure was also affected, leaving the area without power. Today, the minister visited the area to assess the situation.
