SABC and SAFA reach four-year agreement

South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) CEO Nomsa Chabeli has announced that the corporation has reached a four year agreement with the South African Football Association on the broadcast rights of SAFA matches and events. The four year deal will include Banyana Banyana matches and SAFA junior teams in grassroot Leagues. Chabeli says the SABC is happy that in concluding this deal they will be fulfilling their mandate to promoting sports of national interest and inspiring the next generation of sports stars.
