Second Greater Manchester Police officer under investigation over Manchester Airport incident

A second police officer is being criminally investigated for assault over an incident at Manchester Airport last month. The officer is also being investigated for potential gross misconduct - including over the use of force, the IOPC added. It comes after a video showed a man being kicked and stamped on by an officer on 23 July.
