Motorists in the Eastern Cape have been warned to drive carefully as heavy snowfall is affecting several mountain passes in the province. Provincial transport says the passes have been re-opened, however motorists are urged to drive carefully as roads are still slippery. The affected roads include the Penhoek Pass on the N6 between Jamestown and Komani, the Barkley Pass on the R58 between Elliot & Barkley as well as R58 road from Elliot towards Ngcobo.
