Russia on Saturday announced increased security measures in the border region of Kursk, where an incursion this week by Ukrainian forces “took everybody by surprise”, FRANCE 24’s Ukraine correspondent Emmanuelle Chaze said. “It is the first time that the war is coming within Russian territory.
