Violence in e-hailing sector condemned

Members of the Gauteng Taxi Industry have joined e-hailing officials in condemning acts of violence, intimidation and extortion in the sector. They say the current state of the e-hailing services within the Gauteng Taxi Industry and challenges faced by both operators and users of the Shesha e-hailing App is concerning. They held a media briefing in Johannesburg in a bid to put operational issues and challenges relating to reported cases under the spotlight.
