The death toll from the latest wave of explosions targeting Hezbollah and its communications devices in Lebanon has risen to 25. The walkie-talkie bombs come the day after a dozen people were killed, when pagers used by the militant group exploded almost simultaneously. Israel isn't commenting on the blasts, but its defense minister Yoav Gallant says a new phase in the war has begun. Considered a terrorist group by many countries, Hezbollah vows to retaliate.
