Changing climate patterns: Prof Patrick Bond weighs in

Climate expert Patrick Bond, Professor of Sociology and Political Ecology at the University of Johannesburg explains what SA is experiencing as far as weather patterns are concerned, particularly in Spring. Bond says the UN report on climate change has already warned of adverse weather patterns. He added that the recent snow in SA shows that preparedness for such weather patterns is below par and that government budgets must be created towards improving infrastructure and making it climate change compatible.
