MK Parliamentary leader Doctor John Hlophe has been interdicted from serving on the Judicial Service Commission for now. The Western Cape High Court has granted an urgent interdict in favour of the DA to stop the designation of Hlophe to serve on the JSC. The High Court made the ruling today in a virtual sitting.
