The popular Bushman's Nek Berg and Trout Resort in the southern Drakensberg has been engulfed by a runaway veld fire which apparently swept through the resort in the early hours of Friday morning. Without revealing the extent of the damage caused, the owners said in a message on the resort's Facebook page that it was sorry for the trauma and loss that the guests had endured.
