KwaZulu-Natal has been hit by erratic and severe weather events in the last three years. These range from two severe floods that killed over 400 people to recent heavy snowstorms that left people stranded on major highways for over a day. KZN Premier Thami Ntuli has announced the province's climate change adaptation plans. He's just returned from the Subnational Climate Action Leaders Exchange (SCALE) Summit in New York City in the United States.
