Lebanon| Civil areas detonated

Lebanese authorities have called the detonation of devices in civilian areas a war crime. On Tuesday, pagers used by Hezbollah members detonated at the same time across Lebanon, killing 37 people and almost 3000 injured in the attack. Lebanon has also blamed Israel for masterminding the attacks. While the war in Gaza has been Israel's main focus since the attack by Hamas on October 7th, the precarious situation in the north has fueled fears of a regional conflict that can drag on the United States and Iran.
