Police say they have strong leads in their investigation into the gunning down of 18 people in Lusikisiki in the Eastern Cape. Police Minister Senzo Mchunu and National Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola have confirmed that one person has been taken in for questioning following the incident, which happened in the early hours of Saturday morning. The two and their provincial counterparts visited the families of the deceased and wounded, as well as the crime scene. Masemola has called on the community to assist police solve this case.
