Port Alfred residents in the Eastern Cape embarked on a march to the local police station to hand over a Memorandum. This follows the discovery of human remains found by police near the Kowie River in Port Alfred. The remains were found after a 24 year-old female reported a rape case that occurred 7 years ago, where she and her 13 year old cousin, Phelokazi Dyongwana were raped.
