The N3 Toll Concession says mobility is fully restored on the highway after major disruptions caused by heavy snowfalls - especially at Van Reenen's Pass - but people are still urged to delay their trips until tomorrow. This is because it is much safer to travel during the day. Some motorists spent two nights trapped in freezing conditions on the highway. One person is confirmed to have died from the cold. The Concession says the extensive backlog of traffic between KwaZulu-Natal and the Free State has been cleared. Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs Minister, Velenkosini Hlabisa joins us for a conversation. For more news, visit sabcnews.com and #SABCNews on all Social Media platforms.
