Dr. Eugène Rwamucyo, a Rwandan doctor who practiced in France for several years, will stand trial in Paris from October 1st for his alleged role in the genocide against the Tutsis. He is accused of helping to create several mass graves for tens of thousands of victims and of being a key genocidal ideologue. Rwamucyo has maintained his innocence since his first arrest in France in 2010.
