Two-Pot System | Surge in pension fund complaints

The Pension Funds Adjudicator, Muvhango Lukhaimane says her office is dealing with a total of 9177 grievances lodged by workers who want to withdraw their savings component through the newly implemented two-pot retirement system. Lukhaimane disclosed this in the annual report for the 2023/24 financial year tabled before Parliament. The two-pot system came into effect on the first of September this year.
