Process to place Thabazimbi municipality under administration underway

Limpopo Premier Dr Phophi Ramathuba says the provincial government has started the process to place the troubled Thabazimbi municipality under administration. This is due to an ongoing political and administrative impasse. For more than two years, the municipality has had two parallel councils, ANC and DA-led coalitions. Ramathuba was addressing the media on the outcomes of the special meeting of the provincial executive committee in Polokwane.
