Vietnam communist party visits SA

ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa says the international community has accepted the ANC's decision to put together the Government of National Unity. The party lost its outright majority during the recent national elections. Addressing the Vietnam Communist Party in that country, President Ramaphosa says this will not affect its relations at party level with other fraternal organisations around the world.
